What to Expect
There is no “right” way to participate in Illuminate Sessions! You’re invited to participate in the guided reflection and conversation, or simply use the space for your own quiet journaling and reflection. There’s no pressure to share, speak, or participate in every activity. Come with whatever you’re carrying, and use the time in whatever way helps you create a little more clarity.
